Though we specialize in custom welded handrails, we are a fully equipped welding and fabrication shop with mobile welding capabilities. Steel Forms and Molds for Concrete
While most of our commissions for concrete molds come from construction companies and their suppliers (usually for things like safety barriers), we can take on all kinds of custom mold projects. For example, we’ve created molds for septic tanks and their various subsystems.
We can create molds for simultaneously decorative purposes as well, such as custom paver stones for patio or driveway projects.
Why Use Metal Forms?
Steel forms last, on average, approximately 2,000 work cycles. This makes them ideally suited to any highly repetitive mold needs. Since steel won’t absorb moisture or warp, you’ll get a more consistent and effective concrete product compared to the more common wood forms used for many projects.
